Support Engineering Lead

We are hiring a Support Engineering Lead to join our team!
We are looking for the founder of our support engineering team. A person who is passionate about bringing our technology closer to marketers, a data-driven technical expert who has experience with the marketing space and will play a key role in scaling InfiniGrow’s customer base to the infinity and beyond!

Your Role:

Build the Support Engineering function, process and team at InfiniGrow Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D internally Play a pivotal role in the product lifecycle and its roadmap Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via offline and online channels Work across all support tiers to perform root-cause analysis and report product malfunctions Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL, Javascript and/or Python
  • Experience as a Customer Support/Success Expert, especially around 3rd tier support
  • An independent, self-starter, with a “can-do approach”
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with B2B Marketing & CRM
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • QA background
  • Expertise in creating tech documentation writing, managing knowledge databases
