Your Role:
Build the Support Engineering function, process and team at InfiniGrow Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D internally Play a pivotal role in the product lifecycle and its roadmap Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via offline and online channels Work across all support tiers to perform root-cause analysis and report product malfunctions Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Outstanding project management skills
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, Javascript and/or Python
- Experience as a Customer Support/Success Expert, especially around 3rd tier support
- An independent, self-starter, with a “can-do approach”
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with B2B Marketing & CRM
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
